Returns Policy for Damaged and Spoiled Wines, and Wines You Just Don’t Like
If any or all of the wines that we send you are broken or spoiled, or you just don’t like them after sampling a small portion of one bottle only, please notify us as soon as possible within 14 days. Subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale, we will organise the collection of, and refund for, either the whole case or just the affected bottles – whichever you decide.
We will reimburse the agreed amount once the bottles have been returned to our store at 287c St Heliers Bay Road, St Heliers, Auckland 1071.
