Tropical fruit and elderflower aromas follow over the crisp light-bodied palate, along with grapefruit and yellow pear. A bitter almond note signals the close. From the volcanic soils in the hills of Monteforte d’Alpone and Soave. This wine goes well with many foods such as simple antipasti, delicate dishes, pasta with Mediterranean-style sauces, fish and soup.
