The mention ‘ hiyashibori ‘ on the front label refers to the specialized technique in which the sake is filtered at a very cold temperature, to avoid contact with oxygen (and therefore oxidation) as much as possible.

The fruity aroma of this premium sake is even more pronounced in a wine glass. Also available in 300ml format.
