Botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cinnamon, fresh orange peel and fennel. Slight note of citrus and grapefruit, a hint of fennel and juniper and mild angelica on the palate.

For this gin, makers peel their oranges by hand! The fresh peel is then added straight to the still, resulting in a unique, distinct flavour.
